PAUL MATUSZCZYK
Handicap: 28.0
Another of the original Founding Foreskins, Spof made a return to Breadalbane action at Wokefield in 2022 after a 2 year absence. The lack of action showed as he found himself locked in a battle for the Green Jacket with Stephen MacKinnon, which went all the way to the last hole on the Sunday.
Spof showed much better form at Heron's Reach, finishing in the top half of the table, although never troubling The Quaich. He led over night in Tenerife at BB10 before blowing up on the back 9 to hand the title to Pete Chambers.
Having never taken home the Green Jacket, Spof is fresh from his best ever Breadalbane showing, finishing 4th at Belton Woods in 2025 and scoring maximum points for Taymouth on their way to winning The Rider Cup. Can he continue that form in La Cala at BBXX?
